\usepackage{graphicx}
\usepackage{epstopdf}
然后在需要EPS图片的地方：
\includegraphics{pic.eps}
编译必须在命令行下完成：
pdflatex -shell-escape filename.tex（文件名中不要有空格等特殊符号，大小写一致）

为了生成索引，此命令需要执行两次，也就是进行两次编译。

附注：新版TeXLive2010 版pdflatex会自动将eps转为pdf插入其中。
