改这两个
\renewcommand{\listalgorithmcfname}{List of Algorithms}
\renewcommand{\algorithmcfname}{Algorithm}
中文就是要放在中文环境里，使用如下
\renewcommand{\algorithmcfname}{算法}

另外若是使用
\usepackage{algorithm}
\usepackage{algorithmic}
修改方法为：
\floatname{algorithm}{Procedure}
